about

Omar wrote the song after Mario, a dream act student, shared the experiences of how he was rejected from various colleges because of the lack of papers. He was raised in the US. Students like Marco know little about the countries where their parents come from, but some of them have already been deported. While justice protects other youth, the government is persecuting young people like Mario. "Where is justice?, where is justice?, I also want to touch it," the song says.

Dónde está la justicia is a slow cumbia.
